Governing Law: This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. We choose Delaware law as a neutral jurisdiction commonly used by e-commerce entities; however, this does not affect your mandatory statutory rights in your state of residence.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at marketing@jxchelian.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will endeavor to respond within 30 days.

Arbitration Agreement: Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy or our data practices, except for claims seeking injunctive relief, shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) in accordance with its International Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. You agree to arbitrate on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
