❄️ Winter Riding & Storage
- Allow battery to reach room temperature (approx. 65-75°F / 18-24°C) before riding when possible
- Consider using a neoprene battery cover for added thermal protection during rides
- After cold-weather riding, wait until battery returns to room temperature before charging
- Remove battery and store indoors at room temperature, away from direct sunlight
- Maintain battery charge between 40-60% (partial charge recommended). Check charge level monthly and recharge if needed
- Store bike in dry environment; avoid prolonged exposure to extreme heat (parked cars) or freezing conditions
- For coastal areas: additional anti-corrosion measures recommended due to salt air exposure

2. Bolt Tightness
Verify critical fasteners (stem, handlebar, seat post, pedals) are secure using appropriate torque wrench settings. Pay special attention during the first 90 days of ownership as components settle.
3. Debris Removal
Clear battery compartment, motor vents, crankset, and handlebar area of dirt accumulation to prevent overheating and wear.
