Trustin Warranty Policy 2026
Applicable to BeginONE & PassionONE Series
At Trustin, we stand behind the quality of our BeginONE and PassionONE electric bicycle series and want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. To demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a limited manufacturer warranty on all of our products.
Warranty Service
- The warranty period for BeginONE and PassionONE electric bicycles is as follows. If customers encounter product quality issues within the warranty period, and the issue is confirmed to be a genuine manufacturing defect (not caused by human damage, improper use, modification, or accident), Trustin will provide free replacement parts and instructional replacement videos.
- After the warranty period, customers shall bear the cost of spare parts and shipping fees. Considering supply chain management, spare parts may be subject to supplier upgrades or changes. Minor differences in appearance and labels are considered normal and do not affect regular usage.
- Note: Second-hand e-bikes, modified e-bikes, and e-bikes without valid purchase invoices or proof of purchase are NOT covered by the warranty.
Warranty Period
- All BeginONE and PassionONE e-bike frames purchased through bikerry.com come with our 2-year manufacturer’s limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
- The warranty is registered automatically when the original purchaser receives the product from our online shop (bikerry.com) and applies to the original purchaser only. This warranty is non-transferable.

The following situations are NOT covered by the warranty:
- Malfunctions caused by failure to follow the BeginONE/PassionONE User Manual, unboxing video instructions, maintenance, or adjustment guidelines.
- Malfunctions caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Malfunctions resulting from improper use, negligent storage, accidents, collision, or abuse.
- Expenses incurred at third-party repair shops without prior written approval from Trustin.
- Minor cosmetic damage such as outer packaging damage or minor scratches from logistics transportation.
- Returns without prior written approval from Trustin will not be accepted.
- Any warranty request without valid proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the defect may be declined at Trustin’s discretion.
- Consumable parts and normal wear items are not covered by warranty, including but not limited to: brake pads, brake cables, saddles, grips, chains, tubes, and surface paint scratches.
How to Apply for Warranty
- Take clear photos or a short video of the product issue.
- Send a description of the issue, supporting photos/videos, order number, and purchase platform to marketing@jxchelian.com.
- A Trustin technician will diagnose the issue; if confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will provide a solution immediately.
- For issues that cannot be diagnosed immediately, we will provide troubleshooting guidelines. After you complete testing and submit corresponding videos/photos, we will provide a solution.
- We will verify your information and ship approved replacement parts with installation videos. For complex repairs (bottom bracket, chainwheel, crankset, flywheel, derailleur adjustment), you may use a local repair shop with prior approval. Reasonable expenses will be reimbursed up to $10–$50 USD (or equivalent local currency) with a valid invoice.
Claims Process

All claims must be submitted through bikerry.com to marketing@jxchelian.com with proof of purchase and photos/videos of the defect. Trustin reserves the right to review evidence before approving replacements.
You may contact us first for troubleshooting before filing a formal claim. Valid claims within the warranty period will be processed accordingly. - Shipping Claims
If the product is damaged during transportation, please contact marketing@jxchelian.com immediately with photo or video proof. Shipping damage claims must be submitted within 5 days after receipt.

- Trustin provides technical support for BeginONE & PassionONE users. For assistance, contact marketing@jxchelian.com.
- Please inspect the package upon delivery. You may refuse delivery if the package is severely damaged.
- Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- This warranty policy applies globally to BeginONE & PassionONE series sold via bikerry.com and may be adjusted slightly to comply with local regulations.
